At 4:00 PM on June 17, 2025, the American Kennesaw State University Men’s Basketball Team visited Xi’an Peihua University and engaged in an exciting basketball exchange match with the university’s basketball team at the gymnasium. The event was hosted by Professor Xu Guofu, with the attendance of university leaders including Jiang Bo, Chairman of the University, Wang Zhiqiang, Dean of the School of Physical Education, Ma Dehou, Party Branch Secretary and Administrative Vice Dean, and Liu Lifeng, Director of the University Sports Department.
At the beginning of the event, Professor Xu Guofu provided a detailed introduction to the history, distinctive academic disciplines, and achievements in physical education of Xi’an Peihua University, while also introducing the players from both basketball teams to the audience. Subsequently, Dr.Jiang Bo presented souvenirs imbued with Xi’an’s cultural characteristics and the university’s unique imprint to the American Kennesaw State University Men’s Basketball Team, expressing a warm welcome and best wishes to the guests from afar. Amidst the eager anticipation of the audience, Chair Jiang Bo personally performed the jump ball to officially commence the match. As the basketball was tossed into the air, the game—carrying the mission of friendship and exchange—officially began.
