On the afternoon of December 19, Xi'an Peihua University successfully hosted the onlineforum of Artificial Intelligence and World Women Leaders in the Global Higher Education. Dr. Jiang Bo, Chairman of the Board of Xi'an Peihua University, delivered a welcoming speech, stating that the “female gene” is a distinctive feature of Xi'an Peihua University. As the first women's university in China, it has long been committed to women's education, starting from women's education research and expanding to social welfare services. Today, he is pleased to discuss with all the world's outstanding female leaders how artificial intelligence can promote gender equality and female leadership in higher education.

Afterwards, the guests started a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the theme of “Garden of Inspirational Ideas: Cultivate Inclusive and Collaborative Leadership”, which was very constructive and inspiring, and all parties expressed their views, and the sparks of the collision of ideas were shining in the meeting room. Teachers participating in the forum listened attentively to the heated discussions of the guests and pondered the deep meaning and infinite value that could be derived from each point of view.

Finally, Prof.Lucy Lu, International Academic Advisor of Xi'an Peihua University, announced the theme of the World University Women's Leadership Forum 2025, and Prof. Richard Li-Hua, International President of Xi'an Peihua University, delivered the closing speech. Prof.Richard Li-Hua gave an in-depth insight and vision of the future of AI and women's leadership in world higher education with confidence and vision, stating that women's leadership, innovation, and AI play a crucial role in reshaping the industries of the future, sustainable societies, and higher education globally.
