 作为中国和式创新理论的创始人，我深感荣幸能够在此百年学府开启新的学术、科研与创新征程。培华学院"以人为本、以德为先"的办学理念，与我所倡导的"和式创新"精神高度契合——拥抱矛盾、与时俱进、求同存异、和谐包容，这四大支柱不仅是解码中国经济创新崛起的文化密钥，更是面向智能时代教育变革的哲学指引。2016年，我在剑桥大学首次提出这一理论；近十年来，从牛津到清华，从北大到纽约联合国总部，我持续探索中华文明创新基因的当代价值。如今，这份学术积淀将与培华学院的百年底蕴交融，孕育面向未来的创新生态。

 当前，人工智能正以前所未有的速度重塑全球教学与科研格局。在此背景下，研究院应运而生，承载着"科技创新-教育创新-社会创新"三位一体的时代使命。作为学校百年校庆的核心献礼工程，我们致力于构建具有国际影响力的智能科研创新生态系统，培养引领未来的复合型创新人才，在人工智能时代的高等教育领域树立创新标杆。

我们的战略愿景清晰而坚定，涵盖五大核心维度：

智能科研基础设施：我们正建立支持跨学科协作的分布式研究平台，整合人工智能、大数据等前沿技术，实现从传统科研模式向智能科研范式的根本性转变，为学者提供突破学科壁垒的创新土壤。

全球人才汇聚机制：基于QS人才流动指数，我们重点引进智能教育、教育创新、社会创新等领域的国际专家，形成"海外顶尖学者+本土科研团队"的协同创新网络，为学校国际化办学、高质量发展和申硕计划提供坚实战略支撑。

产教融合创新生态：我们独创学术-产业-技术三螺旋模型，深度对接未来大学联盟数字资源与CAET/CAMOT教育技术标准，打造产学研一体的成果转化加速器，让创新真正服务社会。

 教育创新维度：我们推动"双元三空间"研究，聚焦课程体系智能化重构，建立AI+交叉学科的新型人才培养模式，使教育与技术演进同频共振。

社会服务与国际合作：通过技术转移与产业孵化，我们服务区域经济数字化和国际化转型；同时建立常态化国际会议机制，与剑桥等机构共建联合实验室，形成知识共享-技术共研-人才共育的国际化合作网络。

 研究院的成立，得益于培华学院的前瞻布局，更离不开剑桥毅特创新学院、剑桥中国创新研究院、中国技术管理协会（英国）、中国教育技术协会国际教育数字化专业委员会等国际伙伴的鼎力支持。我将依托与剑桥中国创新研究院的深度合作，引入全球优质教育和创新资源，开设全球创新领袖培养计划，通过跨国项目实践、创新工作坊等方式，培育具有国际化视野、战略思维的未来领导者。

展望未来，我们期待与全球学界、产业界同仁携手，以"自主创新与模仿创新双轮驱动"为技术创新路径，聚焦智能教育、教育创新、技术战略、社会创新等前沿领域，产出具有国际影响力的原创理论与成果，为构建人类命运共同体贡献中国高校的智慧方案。

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Welcome to the official website of the Global Innovation Research Institute at Xi'an Peihua University!

As the founder of the China Harmonious Innovation Theory, I am deeply honored to embark on this new academic journey at this centennial institution. Peihua University's educational philosophy of "people-oriented, virtue-first" resonates profoundly with the spirit of "  Harmonious Innovation" (和式创新) that I have championed—embracing contradictions, advancing with the times, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and fostering harmony and inclusiveness. These four pillars are not merely the cultural keys to decoding China's economic rise through innovation; they are philosophical guideposts for educational transformation in the intelligent era. First proposed by me at the University of Cambridge in 2016, this theory has evolved over the past decade through my academic engagements at Oxford, Tsinghua, Peking University, and the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Today, this intellectual foundation converges with Peihua University's century-old heritage to nurture an innovation ecosystem oriented toward the future.

At this moment when artificial intelligence is reshaping the global landscape of teaching and research at unprecedented speed, the Institute has emerged to fulfill a tripartite mission: technological innovation, educational innovation, and social innovation. As the centerpiece of our university's centennial celebration, we are committed to building an internationally influential intelligent research and innovation ecosystem and cultivating versatile innovative talents who will lead the future, setting new benchmarks for higher education in the age of artificial intelligence.

Our strategic vision is clear and resolute, encompassing five core dimensions:

Intelligent Research Infrastructure: We are establishing a distributed research platform that supports interdisciplinary collaboration, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to achieve a fundamental paradigm shift from traditional research models to intelligent research methodologies, providing scholars with fertile ground for breaking disciplinary barriers.

Global Talent Aggregation Mechanism: Based on the QS Talent Mobility Index, we are prioritizing the recruitment of international experts in intelligent education, educational innovation, and social innovation, forming a collaborative innovation network that combines "overseas top scholars with local research teams," providing solid strategic support for the university's internationalization initiatives and master's program accreditation.

Industry-Education Integration Ecosystem: We have pioneered an Academic-Industry-Technology Triple Helix Model, deeply connecting with digital resources from the Future University Alliance and CAET/CAMOT educational technology standards to create an integrated accelerator for industry-education-research collaboration, ensuring that innovation truly serves society.

Educational Innovation Dimension: We are advancing "AI+Dual-System Three-Space+Global Campus" research, focusing on the intelligent reconstruction of curriculum systems and establishing new AI+ interdisciplinary talent cultivation models that resonate with technological evolution.

Social Service and International Cooperation: Through technology transfer and industrial incubation, we serve the digital and international transformation of regional economies; simultaneously, we are establishing regular international conference mechanisms and jointly building laboratories in Cambridge and other institutions, forming an international cooperation network of knowledge sharing, technology co-research, and talent co-cultivation.

The establishment of the Institute owes much to Peihua University's forward-looking vision and the steadfast support of international partners including ELITE Innovation College Cambridge. Leveraging my deep collaboration with Camot Academy Cambridge, I will introduce global quality educational and innovation resources, launching the Global Innovation Leadership Development Program to cultivate future leaders with international vision and strategic thinking through cross-national project practices and innovation workshops.

Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate joining hands with colleagues from global academic and industrial circles. Guided by the "dual-wheel drive of endogenous innovation and imitative innovation" as our technological innovation pathway, we will focus on frontier fields such as intelligent education, digital education, technology strategy, and social innovation, producing original theories and achievements with international influence, contributing Chinese university wisdom to building a community with a shared future for mankind.
