From October 9 to 11, Anastasia Shedlova,director of the International Department at Vitebsk State Technological University in Belarus, along withdeputydirector Maria Khachatryan,director of the China Cooperation and Exchange Center Li Yilong, anddeputydirector Yang Yiqin, visited Xi’an Peihua University for a productive exchange and collaboration.

On the morning of October 10,Director Anastasia Shedlova, Deputy Director Maria Khachatryan, Director Li Yilong, and Deputy Director Yang Yiqin held a discussion with Chairman Jiang Bo of Xi”an Peihua University. Vice President Yao Wenjing, Assistant to the President Qin Haifeng, Chairman Zhang Shiyang of Jilin Fangsheng Education Group, Dean Han Wei of the Graduate School of Changchun International Business College, Director Wang Peng of the International Exchange Center, Assistant Dean Liu Haoyue of the Graduate School of Changchun International Business College, and Wei Tao,director of the Peihua International Undergraduate and Master’s Programs, also attended the meeting.

Chairman Jiang Bo welcomed the guests and provided an overview of the university. He noted that as the first private university in China to engage in international cooperation, Xi’an Peihua University places great emphasis on internationalized education and actively promotes its globalization initiatives. He expressed enthusiasm for the current exchange and collaboration and extended an invitation for faculty and students from Vitebsk State Technological University in Belarus to visit Xi’an Peihua University for further exchanges.

Director Anastasia Shedlova expressed her gratitude for the university’s warm reception and introduced Vitebsk State Technological University. She conveyed her strong confidence in the collaboration between the two institutions. During the discussion, the participants explored potential cooperative projects and agreements. Looking ahead, the two universities plan to promote academic and cultural exchanges among faculty and students through initiatives combining exchange programs, study tours, and training sessions.

After the discussion, the delegation from Vitebsk State Technological University visited the university’s library, history museum, School of Medicine’s Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Center, Smart Trading Research Institute, and Cloud Finance Center.

During the visit, the delegation from Vitebsk State Technological University visited the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, the School of Humanities and International Education, and the School of Media and Design at Xi’an Peihua University. They held discussions with faculty and students from each school.

On the afternoon of October 11, the university held an informational session on the Vitebsk State Technological University International Master’s Program in the library lecture hall. Party secretaries from various schools attended the session, which was hosted by Wang Lin,deputydirector of the Admissions and Career Guidance Center.

The informational session was primarily aimed at senior students. Director Anastasia Shedlova and Deputy Director Maria Khachatryan introduced Belarus, Vitebsk State Technological University, and the details of the 1+1 International Master’s Program. They expressed great anticipation for students from Xi’an Peihua University to pursue studies in Belarus.
