A large number of outstanding female alumni have emerged, including grassroots entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and public welfare advocates, all of whom embody Peihua’s original aspiration and mission in their respective fields and showcase the distinctive charm of women in the new era. The Grand Women’s Study and Public Lecture Series represents another vivid practice of integrating ideological and political education with women’s education at the University. The hosting of this event marks an in-depth exploration of women’s education development in the new era. Under the guidance of women role models, Peihua students are expected to further strengthen their ideals and convictions, deepen their sense of patriotism, and enhance their responsibility and sense of mission. By honing skills through learning and shining through perseverance, they will strive to grow into a new generation capable of shouldering the great task of national rejuvenation.

As one of the earliest women’s institutions in modern Chinese educational history, Xi’an Peihua University was founded in 1928 and has long upheld the educational philosophy of “people-oriented education with virtue as the foundation.” It has consistently regarded the cultivation of female talent as the cornerstone of its establishment and development. Over nearly a century, the University has remained true to its mission of nurturing high-quality female talent with patriotism, global vision, innovative spirit, and practical ability. From its early advocacy of gender equality and women’s self-empowerment to today’s three-dimensional cultivation system integrating “general education, professional education, and women-focused education,” the DNA of women’s education has permeated every aspect of governance and management, nourishing generations of female students.

As the core carrier of women’s education at the University, the School of Women’s Studies at Xi’an Peihua University has continued to deepen its efforts by offering specialty courses such as women’s leadership, women’s mental health, and women’s career planning, and by building innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms. In doing so, it ensures that the qualities of “independence, confidence, wisdom, and responsibility” become defining hallmarks of every Peihua woman.
