Jiang Bo, the Han nationality, born in Xi’an in April 1973, is a member of the China Zhi Gong Party. He has studied abroad for ten years and introduced more than ten foreign investment and high-tech projects into China. After finishing his doctoral studies, he gave up well-paid offerings overseas and decided to engage his life to the private higher education in Northwest China and became the youngest leader of the undergraduate universities in China. Dr. Jiang Bo made great contributions for Xi’an Peihua University in its process of upgrading into the first private university which is qualified to award Bachelor’s degree in 12 western provinces and in its success of making the leap to one of the most influential colleges and universities among the private colleges and universities across the country.

From 2010 to 2011, he studied at the China Central Institute of Socialism, The Party School of the CPC Central Committee, and China Executive Leadership Academy, Jinggangshan, and served as the publicity coordinator, study secretary, and class convener successively. He has published 15 monographs and textbooks, more than 20 papers, chaired over 6 provincial- and ministerial-level projects, and received 5 academic awards at or above the provincial level. He has served as the chief editor in the compiling of the first reform-regulated textbooks, mainly designed for private universities in China (of which, the Investigative Learning Program is the first type of such text book of this nature for university students) and participated as a leading member in the first key education program sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation — The Research on the Construction of New Type National Education System and the Realization Mechanism of Fair Education .
