Dean of Global Engagement & Strategic Partnerships, Bournemouth. He has overseen multiple capacity-building and mobility projects across Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, involving countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Greece, and more. As a founder and executive committee member of the first Arab-European Higher Education Leadership Network (ARELEN), he is dedicated to cultivating higher education leaders, equipping them to address challenges in the international higher education landscape and providing adaptive leadership training. He actively participates in higher education strategic development, reform, and consulting initiatives and serves as a keynote speaker at numerous higher education conferences, such as the Arab-European Higher Education Conference.

In October 2025, he was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Xi’an Peihua University.
