Each semester, we will provide exchange study opportunities to our partner universities in other countries. Students can go to each other school to study as an exchange student for a semester after being enrolled and screened.
（1）National Taiwan University of Arts
National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA)was founded in 1955. It is the oldest and most balanced art institution of higher education in Taiwan, and also an important centre of modern art education in Taiwan. In the early stage of its founding, the university focused on cultivating artistic talents. There are many leading masters, such as: Li Meishu, Liao Jichun, Li Shiqiao, Li Zefan, Hong Ruilin, Fu Juanfu, Yang Yingfeng, Huang Guili, Lin Baojia, Yao Yiwei, Deng Changguo, Xiao Zi, Li Tianmin and so on. And so far, numerous outstanding artists and elite talents have been created from NTUA. Among them, many alumni, such as Li An, Hou Xiaoxian, Wang Tong, Zhu Zongqing, Jian Wenbin, Chen Chengxiong, Cai Erping, Guo Chengfeng, show extraordinary talents in the field of their art specialty.
At present, the school has about 5,000 students, 180 full-time teachers and 700 part-time teachers. There are five schools of fine arts, design, communication, performing arts and humanities. There are 14 departments, 3 independent research institutes, 3 teaching centres and other units. The teaching system consists of 14 departments, 21 master programs and 4 doctoral programs. In addition to daytime undergraduate and general master and doctor courses, there are bachelor's degree courses (night classes), two-year on-the-job training courses and master's on-the-job training courses (holiday classes). In addition, there is an extension education centre offering both credit and non-credit courses; In addition, in order to improve teaching quality and cultivate cultural and creative talents, the second campus has built a cultural and creative park with the largest area (2.7 hectares). It has actively played the role of an industry-learning platform and achieved good results.
In the future, the school will continue to integrate local resources on the basis of teaching system, teaching curriculum and research development, and strive for the goal of internationalization of art, in order to be positioned as one of the top art institutions of higher education in Taiwan.
（2）Ling Tung University
Ling Tung University was founded in 1964 by Dr. Cai Yaping and Dr. Li Ming, a couple from Mei Zhou, Guangdong Province. At the beginning of its establishment, Ling Tung Accounting College was named as the school, and its motto was "apply what you learn and treat others with sincerity". In 1967, it was renamed "Ling Tung Commercial College"; In August 1999, it was upgraded to "Ling Tung College of Technology". In August 2005, it was renamed " Ling Tung University".
Ling Tung University has 5 schools, 14 research institutes and 17 undergraduate departments. The five schools are School of Finance, School of Management, School of Information, School of Fashion and School of Design. Research institutes : Financial research institute, institute of law institute of finance and economics, finance and tax and accounting information, the master of business administration, business management research institute, executives in program (EMBA), marketing and distribution management research institute, institute of tourism and leisure management, international business research institute, institute of information technology application, information management and application research institute, institute of digital media design, visual communication Design and Research Institute, Design and Research Institute of Scientific and Technological Commodities, Fashion Design and Research Institute; Undergraduate departments include: Financial finance, accounting, information department, the department of finance, business administration, marketing and distribution management, tourism and leisure management, international business department, department of foreign languages, department of information technology application, information management, information network system, digital media design, visual communication design, science and technology product design, fashion design, decoration design, fashion clothing, operating system.
In recent years, the school has made outstanding achievements in all aspects. From 1991 to 2002, the school has been awarded the title of "Excellent Education Supervisor" by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan. In 1999, the school was certified by ISO 9002. In September 1999, the Ministry of Education of Taiwan announced the results of the technical schools and colleges evaluation. Eleven of the 12 evaluated items were first class. In 2012, the proportion of first-class students in science and technology universities reached 86%. The number of teachers with doctor's degree and assistant professor level is 87%.
From 2011 to 2017, it has been continuously recognized by the Ministry of Education's Teaching Excellence Program as a University of Excellence in Teaching. In addition, the university has performed well in the world design competitions and has been rated as one of the top 100 design universities in the world by the "IF Design Forum" in Germany, ranking 57th in the world. Over the years, alumni of each academic system have made brilliant achievements in employment, entrepreneurship and higher education. They have made outstanding achievements in government, teaching, engineering, business and other fields. The number of students who graduated from the school has also made considerable achievements and performance.
（3）Tajen University
Tajen University was founded in 1966 by Mr. Huang Daoyi and Ms. Tsai Leeyang. Tajen was founded to cultivate pharmaceutical professionals. Adhering to the school motto of "Study hard to Practice Benevolence", Tajen University was officially approved by Taiwan education authorities in August 1999 to be restructured into "Tajen College of Technology", and renamed as "Tajen University " in 2005. It not only implements the life-long education policy vigorously promoted by the Taiwan government, but also has a complete and consistent technical and vocational system in Taiwan. Over the past 40 years, under the leadership of the school board, with the support of the business community, and with the hard work of alumni and staff, the University has been developing steadily and steadily towards the goal of "building a modern Peach Garden with the four goals of" health, management, leisure and social welfare ".
Tajen University is located in Pingtung County in southern Taiwan, and the only agricultural biotechnology park in Taiwan is located next to Kaohsiung, the second largest city in Taiwan, and about 1.5 hours' drive from the famous scenic spot of Kenting in Taiwan. The existing campus of 30 hectares, wide and beautiful campus, perfect facilities; The total number of students is more than 8,500. The university has 4 schools, 16 departments,5 programs and 6 master's programs. Dahin University of Science and Technology participated in the International Invention Fair from 2013 to 2017, and won 42 gold, 65 silver, 53 bronze and 12 special awards.
Tajen University is committed to cross-strait educational exchanges. Currently, there are 155 partner universities in mainland China. There are about 300 short-term students from mainland China each year. Teachers from 15 mainland universities come to our school for 1-2 weeks' teacher training in summer and winter vacation. We have established a good reputation in cooperation with sister universities in mainland China in terms of industry, science and research, and set a good example for comprehensive exchange of higher education across the Taiwan Strait.
