Recently, the 11th "Challenge Cup" Shaanxi Automobile Group Shaanxi College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition jointly sponsored by Provincial Youth League Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Education Working Committee, Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Provincial Federation of Students, Xixian New District Management Committee ended in Xi'an University of Technology. A total of 381 works from 76 universities were shortlisted in this competition. At the recommendation of our university, the work "No Trace of Buckwheat - Opening the Way of Selenium Rich Tartary Buckwheat to Help Farmers" won the Silver Award, the work "Dajiangxian Rural Revitalization E-commerce Project" and "Beware of the ‘Wings of Epidemic’ - the ‘Ferryman’ of Epidemic Prevention Knowledge" won the Bronze Awards.

This competition received 98 projects from 7 schools through early publicity and mobilization. After such processes as team application, school preliminary review, rematch defense, university-level final defense, provincial competition training camp, 13 excellent works were finally recommended to participate in the provincial competition. Among them, "No Trace of Buckwheat - Opening the Way of Selenium Rich Tartary Buckwheat to Help Farmers", "Dajiangxian Rural Revitalization E-commerce Project" and "Beware of the ‘Wings of Epidemic’ - the ‘Ferryman’ of Epidemic Prevention Knowledge" were successfully promoted to the final defense session.

Through the "Challenge Cup" Competition, we have promoted innovation, teaching and learning, enhanced the innovation and entrepreneurship awareness of our students, and enhanced their self-confidence, competition awareness, team awareness and cooperation spirit in the process of finding and solving problems. Through the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education, ideological and political education, professional education and practical education, the quality of talent training in our university has been effectively promoted.
