In order to further promote the reform and construction of applied curriculum, build Peihua "golden curriculum", and continuously promote the reform and innovation of teachers' teaching methods and means, our university held the 7th Application-oriented Course Evaluation Competition of Xi 'an Peihua University on 14th July. Chairman Jiang Bo, the President Li Yingfang, executive Vice President Hu Junsheng, vice presidents Liu Yuelian, Yao Wenjing, Yu Guoliang, President assistant Qin Haifeng attended the competition. Leaders of all teaching units, all full-time teachers and relevant functional department heads attended the competition. The main venue was set up in the lecture hall of the library, and each department set up a sub-venue.

All the ten judges have won the first prize in the previous National Application-oriented Curriculum Construction Lecture Contest: Zhang Wei, director of the applied course construction center, Fu Liwei and Guo Yuhan from the school of Humanities and International Education, Tang Ming and Feng Jingjing from the school of Intelligence Science and Information Engineering, Liu Jie from the school of Architecture and Art Design, Wang Juning, Ge Weijuan and Li Liang from the Medicine School, Qin Fang from the School of Accounting and Finance.

After individual and team application, college preliminary competition and university intermediary heat, 8 course units and 3 course systems entered the final. The teachers presented lectures from four aspects of course positioning, course design, course implementation and course evaluation, and the judges gave wonderful comments one after another.

He stressed that the application-oriented curriculum construction is one of the important points for the transformation and development of our university. The construction of applied courses has developed a long time. Thus, the curriculum reform must firmly grasp the latest industry enterprise dynamic based on a systematic working and teaching system. In addition, all the teachers should elaborate design teaching to ensure a real environment, which helps students grasp the real ability and cultivate high quality application technology talents with core competitiveness.
