Peihua youth took the practical post of “Bringing Culture, Technology and Healthcare Skills to the Countryside”, gained true knowledge in practice, took root at the grass-roots level, and served the society, covering 23 provinces nationwide and 65 cities and counties including Changzhi, Luliang, Yuncheng, Huai'an, Zhongshan, Qingdao, Tangshan, Hefei, Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji, Weinan, Tongchuan, Hanzhong, Ankang, Shangluo, Yan'an, Yulin, etc. In 2022, Xi'an Peihua University had built 40 college students’ social practice and labor education bases for summer social practice, and received 213 practice certificates and letters of acknowledgement from governments and institutions at all levels. A total of 210 practice teams were reported on the China Youth Network, including 11 projects initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and 100 school level key teams, all of which successfully completed the practice. More than 2000 media reports were published at or above the city and county level, including 205 reports by national media such as People’s Daily, People’s Network, Learning Power, Xinhua, China Youth Network, China Education Television, 356 reports by provincial platforms such as Shaanxi Daily, Sanqin Students, Shaanxi University Network Ideological and Political Center, and 32 research reports by China Youth Network. Based on the actual situation of the university, Peihua Communist Youth League solidly promotes the practical education work of colleges and universities in the new era, integrates various resources to build a social practice and labor education base for college students, focuses on the needs of rural revitalization, advocates the new trend of rural civilization, and strengthens students' sense of participation and experience through a variety of summer "Volunteer Activities for The Country People". Each team actively connects with social resources, opens up u-local cooperation channels, and lays the foundation for social practice. Through university-local linkage, very good results have been achieved. The university has established practice platforms aimed at internship training, volunteer services, medical and teaching support, legal popularization, technology assistance to agriculture, community service, and professional development in 40 places of practice in Luliang, Xi'an, Xianyang, Yan'an, Weinan, Baoji, Hanzhong, Ankang, Yulin, Lantian, etc. This has vigorously promoted the standardization and normalization of social practice bases to boost the development of local economy and culture, and achieve a win-win situation for the university and the land by taking the base as a platform, and using the project as a carrier.

In 2022, with the changing situation of epidemic prevention and control, Peihua youth actively carried out the social practice of "returning home" and "registering in the village and community". Under the specific requirements of epidemic prevention and control, more than 1000 students in the university carried out social practice online and offline simultaneously. The university gives full play to the important role of the second classroom transcript, incorporates social practice into the talent training system, and turns summer social practice into a required university course. All students are required to achieve at least 40 practical activity points before graduation, and the activity points can be exchanged for credit.
