On November 18th, an online academic lecture by foreign experts of Xi'an Peihua University was successfully held. This lecture is aimed at more than 50 teachers who are studying for doctoral degrees in overseas universities and all teachers who are interested in improving their overseas education. The lecture is based on foreign doctoral education. The theme of training is to improve teachers' scientific research ability and high-level thesis writing ability. The lecture was chaired by Director Wang Peng of the International Exchange Center.
Dr. Steve O. Michael
The speaker, Dr. Steve O. Michael, graduated from Harvard University in Education. He is currently the president and CEO of Danubis University in Romania, the executive president of Charles Drew University in Los Angeles, and the Chairman of the American University Development Alliance. Dr. Steve said that he was very pleased to be able to introduce the content of doctoral training to the participants, and he was willing to help our teachers obtain doctoral degrees and improve their academic qualifications.

Dr. Steve made a key introduction to the history and purpose of doctoral education in China and the West, types of doctoral degrees, common challenges and solutions during doctoral study, the scientific system and model of doctoral education in the United States, and the preparation process for doctoral graduation.
