Recently, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education announced the commendation of outstanding students, excellent instructors and excellent organizational units in the 2022 “Learning and Speaking the Constitution” activity. Peihua student Lv Baojie won the third prize of the university group, and Mr. Wang Qingyu of the School of Humanities and International Education won the “Excellent Instructor”. Xi'an Peihua University won the “Excellent Organizational Unit” of 2022 due to its outstanding achievements in “Learning and Speaking the Constitution”.

The university regards the “Guardian of the Constitution” learning activity as an important carrier of law education, which is deeply implemented and promoted throughout the school. The university has assigned special staff to take charge of the work of the platform administrator, and supervised and guided the online learning activities of all grades and classes of the university according to the relevant requirements of the Law Popularization Website. Adhering to the combination of centralized education and daily education, by the beginning of December 2022, the participation rate of the university’s “Guardian of the Constitution” has reached 100%, forming a good atmosphere to catch up with and surpass each other in the activity, achieving full coverage of all members.

In recent years, the university has vigorously promoted the spirit of socialist rule of law, adhered to the constitutional education as the core, focused on the civil code education, taken cultivating and practicing the core socialist values as the main line, closely combined with patriotism education, national condition education and behavior education, to improve the level of college students’ rule of law education. By carrying out the publicity and education of the rule of law with the theme activities that students like to hear and see, the school has constantly enhanced students' awareness of the rule of law, the concept of the rule of law and the quality of the rule of law, created a strong atmosphere of the rule of law education on campus, and made contributions to the construction of a harmonious and safe campus of the rule of law.
