On the morning of March 8, Luo Xinyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Peihua University, gave a lecture on Economics of Contemporary Chinese Social Problems to the students of the School of Accounting and Finance in order to cultivate students' economic thinking and meet the needs of applied talents.

Professor Luo Xinyuan explained the profound in simple terms. He cited relevant examples by chatting, explained the knowledge of economics, and expounded the political and economic roots behind social phenomena. He actively trained students' economic thinking, guided students to apply the theoretical knowledge of economics to practice, and gave students a very vivid lesson of thinking enlightenment.

Luo Xinyuan is a doctor of economics and doctoral supervisor. President of Shaanxi Rural Revitalization Research Association, Vice President of Shaanxi Economics Association, Vice President of Shaanxi Regional Economic Research Association, Deputy Director of "One Belt and One Road" Professional Committee of China Regional Science Research Association (RSAC), Executive Director of Shaanxi Das Kapital Research Association, Executive Director of China Rural Sociology Professional Committee, and Executive Director of China Against-Corruption Government Construction Research Association. Honorary Professor of University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) in Rzeszow, Poland, Visiting Professor of United Business School (UBI) in Belgium, was awarded the National Advanced Individual of Scientific and Technological Progress in Cities (Counties and Districts) by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Fourth Huang Yanpei Outstanding Principal Award for Vocational Education in Shaanxi Province.
