On March 9th, the Enrollment and Employment Guidance Center of the university held a meeting to promote enrollment and employment work. All university leaders, deans of schools and heads of administrative departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, Bao Wei, director of the Center for Enrollment and Employment Guidance, made a detailed report on the enrollment and employment work in 2022. By interpreting the enrollment and employment data, he elaborated the overall guideline and work target of the following enrollment and employment work. Wang Lin, deputy director of the Center for Enrollment and Employment Guidance, made a report on the employment work policy in 2023. Combing the professional characteristics and students of schools, representatives of schools shared their experiences and work ideas of employment work.

 President Li Yingfang affirmed the hard work of all the faculty and staff in 2022 on enrollment and employment, and said that all the faculty and staff should further improve the understanding of employment, further clarify the orientation of employment and further strengthen the implementation of employment. At the same time, he put forward strict requirements for each school and department, requiring to strengthen the responsibility awareness, pay attention to practical action, and orderly promote the employment work in 2023.

At the meeting, Chairman Jiang Bo stressed the need to deepen the reform of “one school, one policy”to achieve high-quality development and build a high-quality talent training system, and proposed to pay close attention to the three quality projects of “quality of students, quality of training and quality of employment”. He said that all departments should pay attention to the report of students quality, report of training quality, report of employment quality, etc., make good use of policies, data, management, team and third-party resources, and play the role of data to support decision-making, so as to achieve sustainable and high-quality development.
