In order to further strengthen the learning atmosphere in the university, to stimulate the enthusiasm of all students to study, to form a good learning atmosphere of “compete, learn, catch up, help and surpass”, to motivate students who study diligently and make progress, to give full play to the effect of financial assistance to educate students, and to build a comprehensive financial assistance and education system, the university has set up the “Academic Progress Award”. Recently, each school has held a Commendation Conference for Academic Scholarships for the Academic year 2021-2022 to commend the advanced and establish the models, and lead the young students to firmly believe in their ideals and study hard.

At the commendation conference, each school read out the Announcement of Xi’an Peihua University on the Recognition of Students Receiving the Academic Progress Award in the Fall Semester of 2022 and presented awards to the winners of the Academic Progress Award. At the same time, the counselors of schools congratulated the students for their academic progress and emphasized that the honorable award was an incentive and spur for the students to continue their studies in the future. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Academic Progress Award, which should be awarded in the spring of 2022, was also presented at the commendation ceremony.

Cao Linjing, the winner of the Academic Progress Award, said, “The award is only a recognition of our achievements at a certain stage, but it will eventually become the past and history. That's why we must be clear about our goals now and in the future. What the university gives us is not success, but a platform, an opportunity and a choice. The road is long, I will go up and down to seek, the power of youth is accumulating, the future road still has to continue to create.”

This commendation conference takes academic progress as the entry point, shows the excellent students’ style, exerts the role model demonstration, and promotes the normalized construction of learning style on campus.
