From April 13 to 15, at the “2022-2023 CIQA Annual Conference and Symposium on High Quality Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance Capacity Building of Colleges and Universities” held by Chinese Network of Internal Quality Assurance Agendes in Higher Education (CIQA),our university’s “Construction and Practice of the Quality Assurance System of Local Applied Colleges and Universities with “One Framework, Three Modules and Six Levels” won the second prize of “Selection of Excellent Cases of Quality Assurance System in Different Types of Colleges and Universities”. Peihua University is the only private university in the country that has won awards. Sheng Min, Director of the Evaluation Department of Higher Education Institutions at the Education Quality Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education, and Zhang Yong, Director of the Evaluation and Monitoring Research Department, presented awards to the award-winning units.

The quality assurance system of Xi’an Peihua University, adhering to the concept of student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement, drawing on the principles of ISO9001 quality management system standards, combining theuniversity running orientation, talent training objectives, management system and governance structure, and on the basis of summarizing and refining the education and teaching quality assurance, has initially formed the 1.0 version of the school’s quality assurance system of “One Framework, Three Modules and Six Levels”. After benchmarking the Audit and Evaluation Indicator System, it is now upgraded to the 2.0 version of the quality assurance system, and has formed a small cycle of quality monitoring for the teaching process, as well as a systemic circulation of quality assurance for the talent training objectives of the decision-making command, quality objectives, support guarantee, feedback improvement system.

Through its operation in recent years, theuniversity’s quality assurance system has achieved significant results in promoting the construction of the professional development and improving the teaching level of teachers. Theuniversity’s quality assurance work has been repeatedly promoted and reported on the official website of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. Its new ideas, new paths, new experiences, and new methods have enriched the examples of teaching quality assurance in higher education institutions nationwide, and also provided useful reference for the construction of the quality assurance system in applied universities.
