Recently, the results of the Shaanxi division of the 7th Milan Design Week - Excellent Design Works Exhibition of Teachers and Students in Chinese Universities were announced. Peihua students won 5 awards, including 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes.
Milan Design Week - The Excellent Design Works Exhibition of Teachers and Students in Chinese Universities, as an international cultural and artistic exchange platform, aims to comprehensively present and disseminate the contemporary Chinese arts and designs, promoting the exchange and progress of higher art education at home and abroad, opening up a new perspective of Chinese design for the world, and providing inspiration for China’s integration into the design all over the world.
Yan Xintong’s work “Huayun” won the second prize
in the Shaanxi division.
Yang Ximeng’s work “Dunhuang - Full-blown Flowers”
won the second prize in the Shaanxi division.
This competition provided a platform for Peihua students to showcase themselves. The students competed with students from various universities and achieved good results. In the future, the university will continue to deepen reforms in education and teaching, by promoting the scope and depth of the participation in competitions, focusing on cultivating students’ practical skills, creativity, and teamwork spirit, and improving speciality construction and talents cultivation.
