Xi'an Peihua University Collaborates with Huawei to Launch HCIA-PM Project Management Certification Training

On January 16, Xi'an Peihua University held the opening ceremony for the HCIA-PM Project Management Certification Training in the second meeting room of the Mingde Building. The event was jointly organized by the university, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and Huaxia Kunpeng Technology Co., Ltd. The aim is to enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of faculty and staff by introducing Huawei's professional resources in project management, thereby promoting innovative practices in the university's research and educational project management. Liu Zhao, Chief Architect of Huawei's Global Training and Certification Business Department, Zhang Zheng, Senior Vice President of Huaxia Kunpeng Technology, Jiang Bo, Chairman of Xi'an Peihua University, and Qin Haifeng, Assistant to the President, were among the distinguished guests present.

Deepening School-Enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Project Management Talents

The opening ceremony was hosted by Assistant President Qin Haifeng. Chairman Jiang Bo emphasized in his speech that project management skills are one of the core competencies required for educators to adapt to the demands of the times. He stated that the university has always valued the professional development of its faculty, and the collaboration with Huawei to launch the HCIA-PM certification training is a significant step in enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of the teaching team. It is also a strategic move to cultivate project management talents with both international vision and practical experience. He encouraged participating teachers to seize the opportunity and apply the knowledge gained to drive the university's high-quality development.

He expressed hope that through systematic training, participants would master advanced tools and concepts, injecting new vitality into educational project management.

At the ceremony, Chairman Jiang Bo and Vice President Zhang Zheng jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Xi'an Peihua University - Huawei HCIA-PM Project Management Certification Training Center," officially launching the strategic partnership between the two parties.

Empowering Through Practical Training, Exploring New Management Paradigms

On the first day of training, Liu Zhao, Huawei's Chief Architect of Project Management, delivered a lecture on the core concepts and methods of project management. Drawing on Huawei's global project practices, he provided an in-depth analysis of key aspects such as goal planning, resource coordination, and risk management. Through simulated exercises and group discussions, participating teachers deepened their theoretical understanding and improved their practical skills. Huawei's technical team also provided participants with exclusive learning accounts and arranged for experts, including Liu Zhao, Zhang Zheng, Luan Meng, and Li Qing, to offer on-site guidance on the application of digital tools.

In the subsequent exercise reporting session, each group of teachers showcased their learning outcomes. Liu Zhao highly praised the participants' performance and provided optimization suggestions for common issues, pointing the way for future training.
