The Houzaimen campus has been used by the military service factory for a long time to fund the war. Most middle schools were still stranded in southern Shaanxi, and Pei Hua built a Junior High School as Chinese Education Department instructed to solve the needs of the people. The school’s was renamed Xi'an Private Peihua Vocational School, recruiting both men and women .

The two lines of small characters under the four words “Bi Ye Zheng Shu(Graduation Certificate)”, “approved by the Ministry of Education on April 12th in 1925 ” indicated that the school was filed and established in 1936.
