After the Lugou Bridge Incident, the school set up textile training centers in many places in Guanzhong (middle part of Shaanxi province), which promoted production and supported the frontline.

Later, the school moved south to Xixiang County, Hanzhong city, Shaanxi provicne, and established Chenggu Branch , sowing the fire of women's vocational education in the land of Sanqin (also known as Shaanxi province).

On the Nov 20th, which is during the War of Resistance Against Japan, the school moved south to Xixiang County in Hanzhong area, after the agreement of Provincial Department of Education.

On the Mar 17th in 1942, the school moved back to Xi'an city from Xixiang county.
