With the approval of the ministry of education of the Republic of China, the school was officially listed in the national education and renamed as ‘Private Peihua women's primary dyeing and weaving vocational school’. The meaning of school name ‘Peihua’ is consolidation and development for future.Some social celebrities took the lead in donating money to build a new school for Peihua University, which is located at Houzai Men in Xi’an. For example, Mr. Shao Lizi and his wife, Ms. Fu Xuewen,who promoted world peace; General Yang Hucheng and his the wife Ms. Xie Baozhen, and and Ms. Song Meiling.

Take Huang Yanpei’s "Pei", Zhong Hua(China)’s " hua ". Peihua means “consolidation of the foundation and development of the future”. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China, the school is officially included in the National Education sequence, renamed Shaanxi Private Peihua Women's Junior Dyeing and Weaving Vocational School. Shao Lizi, Song Meiling, Ning Shengsan, Fu Xuewen and other Patriots generously donated money for building the school.
