I. Program Background and Introduction

The "China-Singapore Youth Internship Exchange Program" is a bilateral cooperation initiative jointly supported by the Chinese and Singaporean governments. It aims to promote international youth exchange and enhance comprehensive capabilities. Starting from 2024, the program is open to students from Chinese universities, selecting outstanding and eligible students for a three-month internship in Singapore under the Training Employment Pass (TEP) internship visa.

Internship placements cover local high-quality institutions such as mid-to-high-end hotels, renowned catering groups, and Singapore Changi Airport. Through this overseas internship, students can not only broaden their international perspective and accumulate valuable work experience but also improve their language skills, professional competencies, and overall competitiveness. The program establishes a dual-track mechanism of "paid internship + overseas employment," helping students enhance their employability and lay a solid foundation for future career development.

II. Program Advantages

Students who participate in the internship are given priority for job referrals in Singapore during their graduation season. Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to receive a direct job offer.

The program provides one-stop support, including resume guidance, interview training, visa processing, accommodation arrangements, and airport pickup services, ensuring students can embark on their journey to Singapore with peace of mind.

III. Eligibility and Application Documents

Be a current junior college or undergraduate student aged 18 or above, with at least 6 months of remaining study time.

Be in good health, free from infectious diseases and serious pre-existing medical conditions.

Possess good moral character, a sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and be willing to comply with internship arrangements.

IV. Internship Benefits and Positions:

1. Internship Salary: SGD 2,600 - 3,000 per month (approximately RMB 14,300 - 16,500), paid monthly. Some host organizations provide work meals.

Working Hours:10-12 hours per day, with one day off per week.

2. Internship Duration: 3 months. Can be flexibly arranged based on student availability and host organization needs (e.g., during summer/winter vacations).

VI. Program Participation Process

1. Inquire about and understand program information, register voluntarily, and submit the application form.

2. Pay the registration fee of RMB 1,000 to enter the program process.

3. Receive resume and interview coaching, and be matched with an internship position.

4. Participate in initial and follow-up interviews (primarily video interviews).

5. After the interview, sign the Internship Terms Acknowledgment Letter.

6. Complete the medical check-up, sign relevant agreements, pay the first installment of RMB 4,000, and submit visa application documents.

7. After the TEP internship visa is approved, pay the balance of RMB 9,000 within 10 days before departure.

8. Arrange travel itinerary, confirm flight tickets, attend pre-departure safety briefing and document handover.

9. Depart, be met at the airport, settle in, complete relevant entry/landing procedures, and begin the internship.
