On the morning of June 6, the donation ceremony of “Zhilan Education Special Fund” was held in our university. Donor Li Peng, chairman of Hancheng Longrun Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd., daughter of the donor Sun Yulan, an Australian overseas Chinese, Ms. Li Aili, director of Hancheng Longrun Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd., and Dr. Jiang Bo, chairman of Xi'an Peihua University, Ms. Xue Qing, chairman of Xi'an Peihua Charity Foundation attended the donation ceremony.

To commemorate Sun Yulan, the founding director of Oceania Association for public service and an overseas Chinese from Hancheng City, for her support and promotion of education in her hometown, the historical city of Hancheng, Hancheng Longrun Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. specially established the “Zhilan Education Special Fund”. The fund aims to support and encourage the development of grass-roots regions and women’s education, respect teachers with practical actions, benefit the native place, and actively practice corporate social responsibility.

The special fund is mainly used for poverty alleviation, student aid, other public welfare and charitable activities in education. It is specifically used for teaching, scientific research and facility construction in grass-roots schools, rewarding outstanding teachers and students, supporting poor teachers and students, and subsidizing family economics for students from Hancheng who are excellent in both character and study.

The leaders and guests at the meeting conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the establishment of the “Zhilan Education Special Fund”. Chairman Jiang Bo expressed his sincere respect and gratitude to Ms. Sun Yulan and Hancheng Longrun for their charitable acts. Peihua Charity Foundation will make full use of it. Making sure the special fund can effectively convey the love of donors to the education cause and maximize the benefits and social influence of the fund.

Chairman Li Peng emphasized that Ms. Sun Yulan has a deep affection for education and always pays attention to the development of education. She hopes to further support the development of education in Hancheng through this donation, so as to benefit more teachers and students in her hometown. Hancheng Longrun Agriculture and Animal Husbandry will continue to make a modest contribution to public welfare and charity.
