On June 8, with the headline “Welcome the 20th National Congress of CPC, Always Follow the Party, Forge a New Journey,” Xi’an Peihua University held the Communist Youth League Commendation Meeting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League and Torch Relay Ceremony in Chang’an campus. Jiang Bo, Chairman of Xi'an Peihua University, Li Yingfang, President, Luo Xinyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee, and heads of secondary schools and functional departments attended the ceremony.
Professor Luo Xinyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a speech. In his speech, Chairman Jiang Bo reviewed the stormy course of the Communist Youth League over the past 100 years and the 94 years of brilliant history of Peihua, and put forward “four hopes”: first, he hoped that Peihua youth would remain true to their original aspiration, keep in mind the history of the school, and continue to radiate new vigor and vitality of Peihua; Second, it is hoped that Peihua youth can show the character of self-improvement and pioneering progress of Peihua people in the new era through this commendation meeting of the Communist Youth League; Third, he hoped that young people in Peihua can always strengthen their ideals and beliefs and strive to realize their personal values under the social situation of normalization of the epidemic and unprecedented employment pressure; Fourth, it is hoped that Peihua youth can work hard, live up to their mission, and leave no regrets so to blow a new horn in the new period.
