Recently, according to the cultivation list of demonstration units for the construction of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities announced by the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Youth League Committee of the School of Medicine and the Youth League Committee of the School of Humanities and International Education of Peihua University were selected as the "Model Department of the Provincial University League Construction". Three schools in Peihua University were selected into the list of cultivation units of the "Model Branch of Youth League Construction in Colleges and Universities of the Province, including the Youth League Branch of Class 1901 in Clothing and Costumes Design of the School of Architecture and Art Design, the Youth League Branch of Class 1902(Excellence) in Accounting and Finance of the School of Accounting and Finance, and the Youth League Branch of Class 2001 in Journalism of the School of Media.
Up to now, a total of 12 league organizations in Peihua have been selected into the cultivation list of demonstration units for school league construction in Shaanxi province. The first batch of these 12 league organizations have been successfully and officially recognized as their titles in June 2021. The organizations are as follows. Xi'an Peihua University, the "Provincial College and University League Construction Demonstration Colleges". The League Committee of school of Accounting and Finance, the "Provincial College League Construction Benchmarking Department". Network and New Media 32B61701 League Branch in school of Media, 37B11709 League Branch in school of Medicine, English 1705 League Branch in school of Humanities and International Education, Human Resources Management 1705 League Branch in school of Accounting and Finance, and National Flag Guard League Branch.
In recent years, in strict accordance with the requirements of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the university’s Youth League Committee has actively planned to do a good job in the top-level design of the university’s Youth League construction demonstration, comprehensively promote the vitality of grass-roots League organizations, standardize the construction of League organizations, adhere to focusing on the main responsibility and enhance the overall contribution. In 2022, the Peihua Communist Youth League will focus on the fundamental plan of grasping the successors of the Party, fulfill its basic responsibilities of leading, organizing, mobilizing and serving the youth, and contacting and serving youth, strive to enhance its leadership, organizational capacity, service capacity and overall contribution, comprehensively deepen its reform, comprehensively and strictly administer the League, and constantly maintain and strengthen it. The Peihua Communist Youth League will unite and lead the youth of the League members to follow the Party forever and forge ahead on a new journey, further deepen the work orientation of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on "grasping the grassroots level", give full play to the role of the Communist Youth League as a vital force in the pattern of "ideological and political education", strengthen the core functions of ideological and political education and value guidance of the Youth League, and meet the victory of the 20th Party Congress with practical actions.
