On March 14, the final of the sixth Shaanxi Provincial China Vocational Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, sponsored by Shaanxi Provincial China Vocational Education Association and undertaken by Xi’an Peihua University, came to a close. Wang Yanping, Deputy Director and Secretary-General of China Vocational Education Association of Shaanxi Province attended the event and made a speech. Jiang Shouxin, Deputy Director of Warm Engineering Office of Shaanxi Provincial China Vocational Education Association, Jiang Bo, president of Xi’an Peihua University, and Hu Junsheng, Executive Vice President of Xi’an Peihua University attended the event.

With the theme of “Vocational Education Artisans, Double Innovation Build Dreams”, 153 teams from secondary vocational colleges and applied technology universities in the province signed up for the competition. After intense competition, there are 3 first prize projects, 9 second prize projects and 23 third prize projects. Among them, 12 projects won the first and second prizes will participate in the national net evaluation selection.

Our university participated in two projects, “Discover the Secret of science - Science Magic Class” and “Dajiangxian - Focus on eye health to help rural revitalization”, which won the second prize of applied technology undergraduate group, and “Students Smart Campus Ecological Chain” won the third prize of higher vocational group. The school won the “Excellent Organization Award” and “Special Contribution Award”.

Jiang Bo, Deputy Director of China Vocational Education Association and Chairman of Xi’an Peihua University, on behalf of the university, congratulated the success of the competition. He said that Peihua will always uphold and carry forward Mr. Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought, adhere to the university philosophy of “people-oriented, moral first”, continue to deepen the integration of industry and education, promote innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, accelerate the reform of teaching mode, management system and education mode, and make efforts to build Shaanxi into a strong province of vocational education.
