On January 22nd, the signing and plaque awarding ceremony of PANACEE International Hospital, affiliated with Xi’an Peihua University, was grandly held in the Beidaihe Life and Health Industry Innovation Demonstration Zone. PANACEE International Hospital President Liu Guangxian, General Manager Wang Yan, Xi’an Peihua University Hospital President Li Xujun, Health Management Center Director Liu Xiaoling and other related leaders attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, representatives from both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement and awarded the plaque to Xi’an Peihua University Affiliated Hospital. This agreement covers talent cultivation in fields such as cell therapy, exploration of educational and teaching reform paths, etc. Utilizing their respective advantages and with the goal of developing clinical applications based on scientific research achievements, both sides will build a new medical application-oriented talent technology training platform, continuously strengthen scientific research capabilities, and promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements.
Peihua university currently has 6 affiliated hospitals. The two sides are working together to are holding hands, standing at a new starting point of cooperation. The university will continue to deepen medical education collaboration, strengthen medical education integration, gradually establish and improve relevant mechanisms, carry out bidirectional flow of teachers, jointly undertake teaching and research tasks, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and make positive contributions to the development of regional medical and health undertakings.
It is reported that on September 17, 2023, Wang Xi, secretary of the Qinhuangdao Municipal Party Committee, and Zhang Shuyun, deputy secretary, held a work symposium with Jiang Bo, chairman of Xi’an Peihua University, and Hong Bo, executive vice president of Zhengda Group. They had in-depth exchanges on further deepening communication and cooperation, and working together for development. During his visit to Peihua, Liu Guangxian, director of PANACEE International Hospital, was appointed as director of the University’s Center for Regenerative Medicine and Precision Immune Health.
