In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural activities of teaching staff, the first staff archery competition was held on the south lawn of the Creativity Centre on June 20, with more than 50 staff members registering for the competition. The competition was hosted by theUniversityLabourUnion and undertaken by the School of PhysicalEducation. This archery competition is one of the series of activities of the University Labour Union, aiming to build a platform for archery enthusiasts to learn and communicate, feel the fun of archery and appreciate the charm of sports. The competition was held in 10m target position with male and female mixed group competitive recurve bow, and the schedule was divided into qualifying round, elimination round and final round.

During the game, the players were all in high spirits, each showing their skills, smooth play, taking the bow, pulling the string, aiming, arrows one by one straight into the target, a move to show archery skills. In line with the principle of openness and transparency, the competition adopted the online synchronous scoring display system to record the contestants' results in real time, which achieved the effect of strengthening exchanges, enhancing friendship and improving together.

After a fierce competition, Yang Mang of Peihua Vocational High School Branch, Zhang Wenye of Medical School Branch, Qin Xuanlong of SchoolofAccounting and Finance Branch, and Lv Jian of Organs Branch 4 won the first, second, third and fourth places in the competition respectively.
