Recently, the 2024 Wiesbaden International Music Competition, jointly organized by the Wiesbaden Education Bureau, Wiesbaden Conservatory of Music, and Wiesbaden Music and Art School in Germany, was held in Xi’an. Xi’an Peihua University faculty member Lei Mengyingyi led the university’s student art troupe, consisting of students Liu Jiayun, Yang Pengfen, and Yang Dongtian, to participate in the competition. They achieved outstanding results, winning three first prizes in the university category for violin, guzheng, and erhu.

The outstanding results achieved in this competition are inseparable from the students’passion and perseverance, their hard work and dedication, the guidance and efforts of their instructors, and, most importantly, the university’s strong emphasis on aesthetic education. This competition also reflects Xi’an Peihua University’s commitment to fostering students’comprehensive development, teaching them to strive, work hard, and embrace challenges.

Through this competition, the students not only broadened their horizons and improved their skills but also gained recognition. In the future, Xi’an Peihua University will continue to encourage and support students to actively participate in various competitions and activities, honing their abilities through practice, showcasing their youthful vigor, and contributing more to enhancing the campus’s aesthetic culture.
