On the morning of September 2nd, Xi'an Peihua University entered into a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd. at the Peihua Chang'an Campus. Attending the signing ceremony were Dai Yi, Chairman of Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd.; Liu Minghao, Executive Vice President; Lin Chen, Director of School-Enterprise Cooperation Center; Du Hongkui, General Manager of North Region; and Wang Shan Shan, Representative of Shaanxi Education Business. Representing the university were Jiang Bo, Trustee; Zhang Yunliang, Assistant to the President and Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering; Bao Wei, Assistant to the President; and Liu Yu, Director of the Center for Cooperation and Development. Also present were Cheng Li, Acting Deputy Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, and Mao Lijun. The ceremony was presided over by Hu Junsheng, Executive Vice President.
Mr. Jiang Bo, the Trustee, first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd. He expressed his anticipation for the collaboration between both parties. Emphasizing that Xi'an Peihua University has always been dedicated to educational innovation, creating a simulated learning environment for students to gain practical skills and knowledge, he expressed the hope of jointly drawing up a new blueprint for the integration of industry and education with Shenzhen Xunfang Technology.
Dean Zhang Yunliang introduced the distinctive features and current development status of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering. He emphasized that the strategic cooperation agreement signed by both parties is of great significance. The college will take this opportunity to further advance the construction of an industrial institute, striving to establish a Huawei ICT Industrial Institute with distinct characteristics and influence, thereby nurturing more outstanding talents for the development of the information industry.
Lin Chen, the Director of School-Enterprise Cooperation Center at Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd., presented an overview of the achievements and developments in school-enterprise cooperation. He provided a detailed explanation of the teaching outcome cultivation system and eight measures for implementation, supplementing his presentation with exemplary cases of successful school-enterprise collaborations. This effectively demonstrated Xunfang's capabilities and extensive experience in industry-university-research cooperation, laying a solid foundation for future collaborations between the two parties.
Chairman Dai Yi provided a detailed account of the developmental journey of Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd. during the meeting. He stressed the importance of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating high-caliber talents who can adapt to industry developments.Chairman Dai expressed his hopes that both parties could explore more cooperative models in the construction of industrial institutes, working together to promote effective connections between the education chain, the talent chain, the industrial chain, and the innovation chain.
After an in-depth exchange on multiple topics including the development planning of the industrial institute, the construction of course systems, the establishment of internship and training bases, and research project cooperation, both parties signed the school-enterprise cooperation agreement. Both sides expressed that they would use this exchange as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and cooperation, jointly contributing to the cultivation of excellent talents endowed with an innovative spirit and practical abilities.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Chairman Dai Yi and his delegation visited the school history museum to gain an understanding of the institution's historical development and its distinctive features.
