On the morning of September 26, the 2025 Autumn Recruitment Fair for Xi’an-Weinan Integrated Development, alongside the Shaanxi Private Universities Employment Alliance Job Fair and the Unveiling ceremony of the Chang’an District University Employment Service Station (at Xi’an Peihua University), was successfully held. This event aimed to enhance employment services for the 2026 graduating class of Shaanxi province, establish a platform for graduate-employer connections, and facilitate precise talent matching. The facility also incorporates the “Employment Bridge” AI digital platform, designed to provide students with one-stop, whole-process, and targeted smart employment services. Following the unveiling ceremony, the guests toured the Chang’an District Employment Service Station (Xi’an Peihua University WORK³ Career Space) to gain insights into corporate recruitment needs and student job-seeking trends. The Station at Xi’an Peihua University comprises nine functional zones: a Service Counter, Career Lecture Hall, Employment Live-Streaming Studio, Career Consultation Room, Professional Attire and Etiquette Guidance Area, AI Interview and Resume Coaching Zone, Career Sharing and Roadshow Space, Job-Seeking Experience Camp, and Group Counseling Room. Spanning over 1,600 square meters, the facility aligns with the national initiative for AI-empowered employment, creating an integrated smart training space for comprehensive student career development and employment guidance.
The Large-Scale Job Fair Offered More Than 5,400 Positions
Meanwhile, the 2025 Xi’an-Weinan Integrated Development Autumn Job Fair and the Shaanxi Private Higher Education Employment Alliance Job Fair were held in the West Plaza of the Comprehensive Building at Xi’an Peihua University. The event brought together 226 key employers from Xi’an and Weinan, spanning various industries such as internet technology, education services, culture and arts, and information technology. It offered over 5,400 employment positions, including roles in production technology, smart manufacturing engineers, HR specialists, and designers.
The job fair featured dedicated zones for employer outreach, career guidance, military recruitment consultations, policy advice, and artificial intelligence services, providing graduates with policy interpretation and career planning suggestions. Simultaneously, live-streamed job matching activities were conducted to break geographical barriers and help absent students explore the venue virtually.
