From December 19 to 20, 2025, the Innovation and Development Conference marking the 110th anniversary of Ginling College of Nanjing Normal University was held at the Suiyuan Campus. Professor Yao Wenjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an Peihua University, was invited to attend the entire event. She participated in the 11th Council Meeting of the Alliance of Chinese Women's Colleges and Universities, the Salon for Deans of Women's Colleges at Home and Abroad, and the 110th Anniversary Celebration successively, and exchanged ideas with representatives of women's colleges and universities nationwide on the high-quality development path of women's higher education during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.

On the evening of December 19, Vice President Yao Wenjing attended the 11th Council Meeting of the Alliance of Chinese Women's Colleges and Universities. The meeting reviewed the Alliance's 2025 Annual Work Report, and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as discipline layout of women's colleges and universities, reform of talent training models, and improvement of social service capabilities, centering on the theme of "Specialty Optimization and Feature Refinement".

In her speech, Yao Wenjing introduced Xi'an Peihua University’s practical achievements in systematically advancing women's education in conjunction with rural revitalization, ideological and political education, and international exchanges, focusing on three main lines: "Digital Empowerment for Women's Development", "Ideological and Political Guidance for Women", and "Women's Rights and Interests and Global Dialogue", which received positive responses from the attending representatives.

With the theme of "Carrying Forward the Spirit of Housheng (Nurturing Life), Composing a Splendid Chapter of the Times", the conference featured speeches by Zhang Lianzhen, Former Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Hua Guihong, President of Nanjing Normal University, and Ma Yan, Deputy Director of the Women's Research Institute of the All-China Women's Federation, among others.

The conference launched the new book A Century of Grace: Ginling College and signed an agreement to initiate the "Morning Glory Program", a care project for children in difficult circumstances. It comprehensively reviewed the 110-year-running achievements of Ginling College and mapped out the development blueprint for the new era.
