On the afternoon of July 21, the Japanese ambassador to China, Mr. Tarumi Hideo, and the envoys of the Japanese Embassy in China, a group of more than 10 people，visited Peihua.

The Welcome Ceremony and Symposium of Japanese Ambassador to China Mr. Tarumi Hideo to Xi’an Peihua University was successfully held in Conference Room 1 of Mingde Building. Xi’an Peihua University Chairman, Board of Directors, Jiang Bo, President Li Yingfang, Vice President, Dean of School of Humanities and International Education Liu Yuelian, and Vice President Yao Wenjing attended the scene.

At the meeting, Chairman,Board of Directors, Jiang Bo described the historical development of Xi'an PeihuaUniversity, reviewed the friendly exchanges between Peihua and Japan in the past 35 years, and his ten-year study, life and work experience in Japan. The two sides had fullexchangeson holding the international forum for the 50th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between China and Japan in Xi’an next year.

After the meeting, the Japanese Ambassador to China, Mr.Tarumi Hideo, and the ministers of the Japanese Embassy in China, accompanied by Chairman,Board of Directors, Jiang Bo, visited Weizhi Library and the School History Museum of Peihua.
