Recently, the Civil Affairs Department of Shaanxi Province published the “Announcement on the Evaluation of Provincial Social Organization Levels”, and Xi’an Peihua University was awarded the title of “5A-level Social Organization”.

The active participation of social organizations in the assessment is to implement the internal requirements for comprehensive and strict governance of the party. It is an urgent need to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities. It shall further stimulate the vitality of social organizations and promote the participation of social organizations devoted to national governance. Strengthening the positive energy for carrying on the procedure of social comprehensive reforms.

"Level 5A" is the highest level that can be issued toward social organizations. According to the "Measures for the Management of Social Organization Evaluation" announced by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, social organizations with an evaluation level of 3A or above could have priority in accepting government function transfers, priority in obtaining government purchases of services, and priority in obtaining government rewards. The content of this assessment includes the basic conditions of the school, internal governance, business activities, integrity building, and social evaluation, etc. This 5A-level award is another affirmation of our school's internal management, development ideas, school results, and service to the society by the province government. In the next stage of development, the school will take this as a new starting point and continue to focus on the school’s goal of “deepening the connotation, cultivating characteristics, building harmony, dedicating teachers and students, and serving the society”, to further strengthen its construction, enhance service capabilities, and maintain durable processing. Developing, playing an exemplary and leading role, and reflecting the value and mission of social organizations.
