Sponsored by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), the American Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and Chongqing Global Joint Research Institute of Science and Technology, the 5th IEEE International Conference on Information Technology, Network, Electronics and Automation Control (ITNEC 2021) was held by Xi’an Peihua University on October 16. Affected by the epidemic, the conference was jointly held online and offline. The theme of the conference was information technology, big data and artificial intelligence, and the topic of opportunities and challenges brought by the development of "electronic information technology industry" was discussed. Audiences of the report included Wang Peng, Director of the International Exchange Center; Cheng Guojian, Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Information Engineering; Nan Bing, Deputy Administrative Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Information Engineering; Liu Xiaohu, Vice Dean of Scientific Research of the School of Intelligent Science and Information Engineering; and representatives of teachers and students.

The Conference Site

The chair first introduced the theme and the basic information of the conference. Afterwards, Cheng Guojian, dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Information Engineering, delivered a speech. Cheng Guojian as the representative of Xi’an Peihua University expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the participants. He said that the main purpose of this conference was to gather researchers, engineers and industrial Professionals in fields of information technology, communication, electronics and automation control from all over the world together, with exchanging and sharing their experiences and research results. He hoped that this conference would become an important academic exchange platform for participants.

At the conference, Professor Xu Lida, academician of the European Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering (formerly the State Academy of Engineering of the Soviet Union), academician of the Armenian Academy of Engineering, academician of IEEE, distinguished expert of Xi 'an Peihua University, delivered an academic report entitled "IOT and 5G/6G". Li Gang, deputy director of D2I Research Center of the School of Information Technology in Deakin University and IEEE Senior Member, gave an academic report entitled "The Detection of Hate Speech Propagation in Cyberspace". Professor Yu Yuanhua, senior corporate architecture consultant of TAP in Australia and distinguished expert of Xi’an Peihua University, made a report entitled "Architecting Digital Transformation-Enterprise Architecture Based Strategy".
