Recently, Xi’an Peihua University and Kazan Federal University reached an agreement on a student exchange program. The university has been granted five free exchange student spots, offering students the opportunity to participate in a one-semester study exchange at Kazan Federal University.

This collaboration will further strengthen the friendly cooperative relationship between Xi’an Peihua University and Kazan Federal University, broaden the international perspectives of Peihua students, and enhance their intercultural communication skills. It will also contribute to cultivating well-rounded talents with international competitiveness and innovative spirit.

Kazan Federal University, founded in 1804, is the third oldest university in Russia, following Lomonosov Moscow State University and Saint Petersburg State University. The university consistently ranks among the top in the QS World University Rankings, placing 396th in the 2024 QS rankings and 322nd in the 2023 QS rankings.
