On the morning of March 13th, Xi’an Peihua University was invited to participate in the “Joyfully Obtaining Employment in Shaanxi” Large-scale Job Fair and the launch ceremony of the 2025 Spring Recruitment on Campus. This event was jointly hosted by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It was organized by the Office of Xi’an Talent Market Management Committee (Shaanxi Talent Exchange Service Center) and Northwest University, aiming to promote high-quality and full employment of college graduates through measures such as re-excavation of job resources and upgrading of service models.

The meeting emphasized the need to fully implement the deployment and arrangements of the central and provincial governments for high-quality and sufficient employment of college graduates, strengthen the linkage and coordination in pooling resources, wisdom, efforts and united actions to fight a good battle of cooperation, and resolutely win the tough battle of “stabilizing employment and increasing income”. Everyone is for contributions to the “Great Goal” of high-quality and sufficient employment through vigorous practice of promoting employment for college graduates in our province.

Yao Wenjing, Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi’an Peihua University, stated that Peihua has achieved significant results in promoting high-quality and sufficient employment for graduates by proactively reinforcing its commitment and developing innovative service platforms. The university has improved the quality of employment through measures such as improving the employment work system, strengthening the linkage between academic programs and employment needs, deepening the cooperation among government, colleges and enterprises, and providing targeted assistance to key groups. At the same time, it has also held multiple job fairs and leveraged alumni resources to support graduate employment. She suggested that the government should increase support for private universities graduates, optimize the time of public recruitment exams, increase the number of public rental housing for college students. She also stated that the university will continue to strive to provide better employment services for graduates, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of employment work in the province.


On-site Job Fair
The Enrollment and Employment Guidance Center of the university, as well as the related teachers of each secondary school, organized graduates to attend the job fair at Northwest University, and communicated with on-site enterprises to actively explore employment opportunities.
It is reported that 305 enterprises were attracted to the job fair, including 105 state-owned enterprises, which provided more than 7,000 jobs covering IT communication and Internet, construction engineering, transportation, production and manufacturing, cultural and sports education, economic and trade management and other fields. More than 13,000 people entered the job fair. 15,810 resumes were delivered. More than 500 people received employment guidance, and 1,612 people reached their initial employment intention. The event featured specialized service areas such as policy promotion, career planning, AI-simulated interviews, and AI resume reviews, as well as a Smart Employment Zone. For the first time, a Youth Job-seeking Skills Training Camp section was introduced to help graduates acquire employment skills and enhance their employability, providing comprehensive support for their job search journey.
